Dan Sultan headlines this year's CIAF Concert. Sultan's career has exploded with his second album Get Out While You Can chosen as triple j album of the week and rave reviews for his performances in the recent Kev Carmody and Paul Kelly tributes. He is also one of the stars of Bran Nue Dae, a huge hit at the Australian box office.

Sultan will be supported by some of the most exciting Indigenous performers from the region and the country.

Bippera-Kymel 2O1O is also the Opening Event of Cairns Festival.
